International Yoga Festival

The International Yoga Festival (IYF) is held annually in Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World. Organized at Parmarth Niketan Ashram on the banks of the Ganges, this festival brings together renowned yoga masters, spiritual leaders, and thousands of participants from over 100 countries. The week-long event features 60+ hours of yoga sessions covering various styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Iyengar, and Vinyasa yoga. Participants also enjoy meditation sessions, kirtan (devotional singing), Vedic chanting, Ayurveda workshops, and the spectacular Ganga Aarti ceremony each evening. The festival typically coincides with the first week of March.
